What happened in Maguidanao reminds me of the time when the US was in the middle of race riots in the 1960's when blacks were killed because they were exercising their right to speak for change!

Kontradaya says it will take 50 voters up to 110 minutes to vote. Super bagal naman noon. Mali ang computation nila ng voting time. Una, maraming upuan sa presinto. Pangalawa, sabay-sabay sinasagutan ng botante ang balota. Pipila sila sa PCOS machine, na segundo lang ang kailangan para ma-scan ang balota.
